In this recipe we are going to see like preparing the mass for pies.
Mass recipe for pies
Ingredients to cook mass for pies
½ kg of flour
75 gm. of lard
1 oil spoonful
1 egg
Salt
Preparation of the recipe of mass of pies
To put the flour on the marble in the shape of volcano and to place in the center the fat, the egg and the salt.
To crumble well with the fingers the fat and the egg, together with a little of flour.
To be working little by little the remaining flour until all the ingredients have joined.
To allow to rest ½ hour the mass for pies covered with a humid rag, before using it.
