This is a recipe of easy kitchen to prepare alfajorcitos of cornstarch (corn starch).

Ingredients to prepare alfajorcitos of cornstarch

100 gms of fat
3/4 of cup of sugar (150 gms)
1 egg yolk
1 egg
grated rind of 1/2 lemon
1 1/4 cups of corn starch (150 gms)
1/2 cup of flour (60 gms)
1 dust teaspoonful of baking
250 gms of sweet of milk
3 spoonfuls of grated coconut

Preparation of the recipe of cakes of cornstarch.

The fat is beaten with the sugar until it is creamy.
One adds the egg yolk and the egg, beating good and one adds the lemon rind.
There is sifted together the starch of corn, the flour and the dust royal and join to the previous preparation.
It is kneaded lightly on a floured surface until the mass remains smooth and allows to be rested during 15 minutes.
